J Addison McAraw is a Financial Advisor with Essex Financial Services. He is a graduate of Seton Hall University, receiving a B.S. in Quantitative Analysis and Finance in 1993. J joined John W. Rafal & Associates, Inc., now known as Essex Financial Services, in 1998. Prior to joining Essex Financial Services, J successfully completed an advanced training program at a major brokerage firm. His initial experience within the investment industry began in 1993 consisting of five years as a trader with a hedge fund, with a firm in Boston, MA for four years and in San Francisco, CA for one year.
J is a resident of Old Lyme, Connecticut. He is married to Tamara K. McAraw and they have two daughters.
